Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Equuswear order, please email us for a returns number, returns can only be exchanged or refunded with a returns number please email us at: enquiries@equuswear.co.uk Your item(s) can be sent back to us with a valid receipt within 7 days of receiving your item(s)for an exchange or refund. Any items returned after this period cannot be refunded or exchanged and will returned to you by first class recorded delivery. All refunds are processed less the delivey costs.

How do I return my order?
All item(s) must be returned within 7 days of reciept. You must email us for a returns number enquiries@equuswear.co.uk
Enclose a copy of your invoice and state reason for exchange or refund and return to the following address:

All returns are at the customers own cost, we advise that you return your order by first class recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded if labels are not attached to items on return and if the item does not have its original packaging/boxes or if the garment has been worn or washed.
Additional postage costs will accure for exchanges on items being re-sent.
